Bart is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist. In 1994, following completion of his Bachelors of Business Administration Accounting at the University of Arkansas, he joined the accounting firm of Moore Stephens Frost in Little Rock. While employed there he had vast tax and audit experience with governmental and non-profit entities, animal agriculture, manufacturing, financial institutions, and healthcare. Bart returned home to Rogers in 1997 and joined the accounting firm Beall Barclay & Company, PLC. While employed there he continued to perform tax and audit functions. In November of 1998, Bart acquired a sole-practitioner accounting business from Diane Fischer, CPA in Rogers to form Bart P. Allard, CPA, PA. In September 1999 he merged his practice with J. Mark Lundy, CPA, PA to form Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC. In 2008, Mark Lundy left to join a national CPA firm. Bart then changed the name of his company from Bart P. Allard CPA, PA to Allard & Company, PA Certified Public Accountants. His practice consists primarily of individual tax, corporate and partnership tax, trust & estate tax, and business consulting.
Tim is a Certified Public Accountant that graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas in 1992. Tim worked in public accounting in Fort Smith until 2001 when he relocated to Northwest Arkansas to accept a position with Lundy-Allard & Company, PLLC. He worked there for there for three year, before starting his own accounting firm in 2004. In 2022, Tim returned to work with Allard & Company, P.A. Tim’s professional background consists of most areas of business and personal taxation planning and preparation as well as financial statement preparation and attestation.

Jenny M Kindellan, Tax Manager Jenny is a 1985 graduate of the University of Missouri-Kansas City where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Accounting. She worked in Kansas City for a major CPA firm before moving to the McDonald County, Missouri area. Jenny owned and operated a successful tax and bookkeeping practice for thirty years before joining Allard & Company. Jenny has two wonderful sons, Adam and Aaron, from a previous marriage of almost thirty years. She has been married for the past seven years to her husband Mike. She enjoys remodeling houseboats, kayaking, playing the piano, scrapbooking and other various hobbies as time allows.
Deanna is a 1989 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting. She is a Northwest Arkansas native. She began her career with twelve years in corporate accounting. After becoming a mother, she worked with several small, local businesses where she provided bookkeeping, payroll and tax services for over twenty years. Deanna has been married to her husband, Mike, for 24 years and they have two children, Thomas and Sophia. In her spare time she enjoys fitness, tennis and bicycling. Deanna has been a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children for over ten years and is an elder at First Christian Church-Rogers.

Alta is a 1976 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She joined Allard & Company, PLLC in December 2004 when she returned to Arkansas after living in Arizona for 18 years. During her time in Arizona, Alta worked for 10 years as a regional and divisional controller in the health care industry where she gained valuable experience dealing with government agencies. She served for over four years on the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System's Liaison Committee as a representative of the Long Term Care industry in a variety of health care issues. Alta then turned her attention to tax preparation and in 2001 she joined the Sedona, Arizona accounting firm of Heath and Associates, PLLC as a junior partner. Alta received her Special Enrolled Agent's License from the Internal Revenue Service in 2003 and is licensed to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states. She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Arkansas Association of Enrolled Agents. Alta is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and assists Allard & Company's clients with software consultations for on-going or new businesses. She brings over 15 years of accounting experience in private industry and over 16 years experience in tax preparation and IRS representation.
Karen is a 1989 graduate of the University of Nebraska where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She is originally from Omaha, Nebraska and moved to Fayetteville, AR where she worked for a local accounting firm. In 2000, Karen began working as the Tax Compliance Officer for the University of Arkansas. Then in 2001 she began working as the Auditor for the Arkansas State Division of Legislative Audit before joining Allard & Company.

Jaymie Welch, Administrative Asst / Tax Processor Jaymie Welch provides administrative support and customer service for the office. In addition to answering phones, scheduling appointments and setting up new clients. Jaymie also process tax returns and is dedicated to provide excellent customer service.
Jaymie is a 1999 graduate of University of Central Missouri where she earned her Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education. Jaymie has been a Rogers resident for eight years. Prior to moving to Northwest Arkansas she worked at Hallmark Cards headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri for over 13 years. Jaymie has been married to Brian for 18 years and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys reading and reviewing books with her neighborhood book club and camping with her family at Devil’s Den.
As Firm Administrator , Kevin is focused on ensuring that clients consistently receive world class customer service. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wright State University in Dayton Ohio. Kevin spent 15 years with the J.C. Penney Company in Tulsa, OK and Fort Smith, AR as Senior Merchandise Manager and Operations/Personnel Manager. Prior to joining the Allard team, Kevin was the Director of Business Development & Human Resources at Beall Barclay & Company. Kevin also owned a successful small business in Springdale. He is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association. Kevin and his wife Tonya have been married over 38 years and have two daughters, Krissi and Ashley. Kevin is an avid reader and also enjoys cooking, photography, traveling, tennis, golf, hiking, biking and spending time with family and friends poolside.
