Bart P. Allard, CPA, PFS
 
Bart is a Certified Public Accountant and a Personal Financial Specialist.  In 1994, following completion of his Bachelors of Business Administration Accounting at the University of Arkansas, he joined the accounting firm of Moore Stephens Frost in Little Rock.  While employed there he had vast tax and audit experience with governmental and non-profit entities, animal agriculture, manufacturing, financial institutions, and healthcare.  Bart returned home to Rogers in 1997 and joined the accounting firm Beall Barclay & Company, PLC.  While employed there he continued to perform tax and audit functions.  In November of 1998, Bart acquired a sole-practitioner accounting business from Diane Fischer, CPA in Rogers to form Bart P. Allard, CPA, PA.  In September 1999 he merged his practice with J. Mark Lundy, CPA, PA to form Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC.  In 2008, Mark Lundy left to join a national CPA firm.  Bart then changed the name of his company from Bart P. Allard CPA, PA to Allard & Company, PA Certified Public Accountants.  His practice consists primarily of individual tax, corporate and partnership tax, trust & estate tax, and business consulting.
 
Alta J. Wilson, EA, Tax Manager, Special Enrolled Agent with the IRS
 
Alta is a 1976 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.  She joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC in December 2004 when she returned to Arkansas after living in Arizona for 18 years.  During her time in Arizona, Alta worked for 10 years as a regional and divisional controller in the health care industry where she gained valuable experience dealing with government agencies.  She served for over four years on the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System's Liaison Committee as a representative of the Long Term Care industry in a variety of health care issues.  Alta then turned her attention to tax preparation and in 2001 she joined the Sedona, Arizona accounting firm of Heath and Associates, PLLC as a junior partner.  Alta received her Special Enrolled Agent's License from the Internal Revenue Service in 2003 and is licensed to practice and represent taxpayers before the IRS in all 50 states.  She is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Arkansas Association of Enrolled Agents.  Alta is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and assists Allard & Company's clients with software consultations for on-going or new businesses.  She brings over 15 years of accounting experience in private industry and almost 15 years experience in tax preparation and IRS representation.
 
Patricia K. Mangold, CPA, Tax Manager
 
Trish joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC in October 2003 and currently serves as tax director.  She is a 1990 graduate of the University of Arkansas where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.  Prior to graduation, she worked two years for the accounting firm Clarence Guinn and Associates in Rogers, and also two years for the accounting firm Vantine and Associates in Rogers.  After graduation, she opened her own public accounting firm in Rogers which she then sold in 1998.  She worked the next five years as an accountant and half owner in a personally owned business.  She then went back into public accounting when she joined Lundy Allard & Company, PLLC.  Trish has experience in the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, as well as experience in sales tax, payroll, and financial statement compilations.
 
Patricia S. Brunner, CPA, Tax Manager 
 
Patti is a CPA with twenty years accounting experience.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University.  She has been a vital part of Bart's practice since 1998.  Her main area of work is in income taxation and the preparation and review of tax returns for Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Estates and Trusts, and Individuals.  She is also involved with the accounting of business clients, tax planning, and employee reports.
 
 
 
 
Janet King, Office Manager
 
Janet is a 1990 graduate of Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where she earned her degree in Office Management.  Janet has over 18 years experience as an office manager and as an administrative assistant.  She moved to Rogers, Arkansas with her family in May 2003 and joined Lundy Allard & Company as the Office Manager in June.   Her primary responsibilities are overseeing the day-to-day functions of the practice, human resources, payroll, accounts receivables and accounts payables. 
 
 
 
Karma Smith, Office Assistant
 
Karma is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina.  She moved to Northwest Arkansas with her family in 2002.  She has an Associates Degree from Central Piedmont Community College and is working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Art.  Karma has worked for Lundy Allard & Company on several occasions.  She began in September 2003 but had to leave in December 2005 when her husband was relocated to Iowa.  She returned to NWA and to Lundy Allard & Company in January 2007 but left a short time later to become a stay-at-home mom.  We were excited when she decided to return to Allard & Company in January 2009.  Her primary responsibilities are assisting the office manager, setting up new clients, processing tax returns, e-filing, maintaining office supplies, assisting clients, maintaining databases, report preparation, and answering the phones.
