Missy Allard is the Office Manager at her family’s accounting practice, where she oversees day-to-day operations, client communications, and financial documentation with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency. She streamlines administrative processes, ensures timely client service, and maintains organized records to support the firm’s accounting professionals and client needs.

Prior to joining the family business, Missy served as a Category Manager and Sales Representative for a Walmart vendor, where she built strong retail partnerships, optimized product assortments, and drove measurable sales growth through data-driven merchandising and collaborative account management. Her combination of administrative discipline and retail strategy enables her to improve operational workflows, deliver exceptional client service, and strengthen business relationships.

Missy lives locally with her husband, Bart, and their two sons, John‑Paul and Murphy. Outside of work she enjoys working out, gardening, tennis, and traveling, and she values spending time with Jesus.
